A bit more on martial law in America

Can be found here which is pretty interesting, and here, which is less persuasive since it contains assertions hard to verify, like 'thousands of railroad cars some with shackles'. I recall some reports few years ago that Blackwater and FEMA were building concentration camps in the US, but was not able to find anything very credible.
