The two main scams he cites:
- If your vote isn't accompanied by a driver's licence it will be thrown out. He claims that absentee ballots must include a color copy of a driver's license. If true, this is insane: noone's going to do this for an absentee ballot.
- the perfect match requirement. If RFK is registered as Robert F. Kennedy, but anything in his files in spelled at all differently (e.g. Robert Francis Kennedy) the vote will be tossed.
